I looked for your last mold order but can't find it anywhere. Just to many orders to go through I guess I don't have a slab that size, but the dividers could be left out. That would not even be considered a customization really, because the mold will still be basically the same, just with no dividers. So, no customization charge would apply

Okay I guess it is a 6 lb. mold. 22 1/8" IS the inside length. I use 5 lbs. of oils in my recipe, and I use a 40% lye solution, which equals about a lb. and a half. When the lid is on, it sits flush with the sides. I need bigger molds. Do you by chance make a mold that is that long,...

What I mean is the total amount of what you mix in your bowl and then pour in your mold. With a 4 pound mold, if you don't push the lid down inside you might probably could squish 5 pounds in. The lid going down inside evenly would sit on top of the 4 pound.

The 6 lb is 22 inches, sometimes slightly more, like 22-1/8. But that is "inside dimensions"

The inside dimensions of the 4 pound mold are 14 inches long. The old model 5 pound was 15, but the new...

Okay...when you talk about a 6 lb. mold, are you measuring the 6 lbs. as oils used in recipe, or weight of finished soap?

If that is the outside measurements, then yep, they are 4 pounders. If it is inside interior measurements, they are 6 pounders. But it makes no sense that you would to "stuff" 5 pounds in a 6 pound mold, so I bet you measured the outside length. Right? Wrong? Maybe??? LOL

LOL, if you are 'stuffing' 5 in, than yes they are 4's. ( Insert GIGGLE smilie here because yuku is jacked up ) Do you remember when you ordered last? I can check to make sure. But if the mold fills all the way up with 5 pounds than I can pretty much assure you they are 4 pounders. Tell you what will be easier. Measure the interior length. Let me know what that is and I can tell you for sure the size.

I KNOW you're gonna want to kill me, but I need some new molds and I can never remember what size the 2 bigger ones I bought from you were. I think they're 4 lb. molds, but I stuff 5 lbs. of soap in them.
